How much storage do free accounts get?

Each free account is given 10 GB of storage. You can upgrade your account to get more storage.

How much bandwidth do free accounts get?

Each free account is given 10 GB of daily bandwidth. You can upgrade your account to get more bandwidth as well as get hot-linkable bandwidth.

What is the max file size?

On a free account the max file size is 200 MB, upgraded accounts are either 1 GB or 2 GB.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All your files are stored securely on our servers in protected folders only accessible to you.

Referring friends, how many?

You can refer as many friends as you want. But you will only be given 256 MB extra storage for the first 20 users your refer. That's an extra 5GB for free!

Do my referrals still work with my account upgrades?

Yes. Wether your account gets upgraded or downgraded your referrals will stick with you no matter what.

How do I upgrade my account?

Register for a free account, or login to your existing account. Once you are logged in to the file manager click your username on the top menu bar, then click "Upgrade Account". Once you select a plan you will be forwarded to Google Checkout for payment.

Do my files ever expire?

All free accounts have a 30 day idle timeout, this means that if your account is not active for 30 days your files will be deleted. You WILL receive a notification email 5 days before your files expire! To keep your account active you must login at least once(1) every 30 days.

The website does not function in Internet Explorer 6?

This is because you are using a seriously outdated browser. Internet Explorer came out in 2001 and does not support the newest web technologies so we do not support IE6. Please upgrade your browser to IE8/9 or switch to something like FireFox or Google Chrome.

What kind of download speeds can I expect?

On free accounts you can expect download speeds of up to 250 KB/s, for the AD Free upgraded account you can expect to see downloads up to 1000 KB/s, for Pro 50 and Pro 100 upgraded accounts download speeds are unmetered.

What is the max file size?

What file types are supported?

All. We do not restrict what types of files you are allowed to upload.

Every time I click upload nothing happens?

Most likely this is because you either do not have Flash installed or have a very old version of Adobe Flash. Flash is used for all uploads. First try updating your version of Flash here if that does not work contact us.

How many files can I upload at once?

There is no limit on the amount of files you can upload a once. Depending on your internet connection speed and total file size it might take a very long time to upload all these files.

Upgraded Accounts Only

What is your payment system?

We currently accept payments via Google Checkout only. Other payment systems will be available shortly.

Can I pay with PayPal?

No. We do not accept payments via. PayPal. Currently its Google Checkout only.

How long will my account upgrade take?

Not long at all. Upgrades to your account are made instantly as soon as your payment is completed and received. If you have any issues please contact us and we will get your upgrade taken care of.

Do my files expire while I'm upgraded?

No. If you have an active account upgrade your files will stay in your account forever. However, if your account becomes downgraded you will again be flagged for a 30 day idle timeout, please see "Do my files ever expire?" above.

What happens if I forget to pay?

You are given a 5 day grace period after that your account will be automatically down graded to a free account.

How do I downgrade?

Simply let your upgraded account expire. You will be automatically downgraded to a free account.

What happens to my files/storage when I downgrade?

Once your account is downgraded you will not be able to upload anymore files beyond your storage limit, your files will still remain in your account given that you login at least once every 30 days.

How can I view my current and paid invoices?

Log in to your account, click your username in the upper right corner and select "My Invoices". You will be able to view your current and previous invoices as well as pay your current invoice. Or you can click here if you're logged-in.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered for the first 3 days after your initial payment after that a refund will not be given. Please contact us for a refund.
